Configure room surcharges

Add a room-specific amount on top of normal stay pricing and choose whether it is charged once or for every billable day.

Set an added room charge

A room surcharge is an add-on to the price produced by the normal stay pricing rules; it does not replace the standard stay price. Rooms must first be created on the Rooms page.

  1. Open Pricing > Room surcharges.
  2. Enter an amount beside each room that should cost extra.
  3. Choose a charge mode and save the pending changes.

Choose the charge mode

If a reservation uses several rooms, each assigned room can contribute its own configured surcharge.

  • One-time adds that room's surcharge once to the reservation.
  • Per billable day multiplies the surcharge by the reservation's saved number of paid nights or days.

Keep room setup separate

Manage room capacity, accepted species, availability, and descriptions on the Rooms page. The current Room surcharges screen configures only the added amount and its one-time or per-billable-day mode; included-animal and extra-animal pricing are not exposed there.
