User Information Notice

This notice (the Notice) provides information about the processing of your personal data in connection with your use of the AnimalAdmin platform. AnimalAdmin is a platform that enables establishments operating in the pet care sector (B2B customers) to accept bookings through a widget embedded on their website or through a booking page made available at an individual address, and to manage those bookings and communications with customers.

The Platform is provided by Dawid Grabowski, conducting business under the name Dawid Grabowski - Animal Admin in Komorniki (address: ul. Storczykowa 8/1, 62-052 Komorniki, Poland), NIP: 7773399315, REGON: 524026749 (the AnimalAdmin).

When you book a stay or another pet care service through AnimalAdmin, you use a tool made available to our customer, who has entered into a separate agreement with us. That agreement is accompanied by an appropriate data processing agreement, which provides the basis for processing your data.

The controller of your personal data is our customer, namely the establishment with which you make the booking (the Controller). AnimalAdmin processes your personal data solely as a processor under a separate data processing agreement entered into with the Controller. This document is for information purposes only.

Data protection and security

AnimalAdmin applies modern organisational and technical safeguards within the Platform to provide the best possible protection for your personal data and ensures that it processes such data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the GDPR), the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, the data processing agreement entered into with the Controller and other applicable data protection legislation.

Personal data processed

We process only the data entrusted to us by the Controller. In particular, this may include:

1. your full name;
2. your telephone number;
3. your email address;
4. your IP address;
5. the content of messages you send to the Controller;
6. other data you provide in the booking form or Client Panel.

The Controller determines the detailed purposes and means of processing your personal data. AnimalAdmin acts solely as a processor.

Submitting your first Booking requires confirmation of your telephone number using a one-time code sent by SMS. Once your number has been confirmed, you gain access to the Client Panel, where you can view your Booking history and manage your data and the data of your pets. The rules for using the Client Panel are set out in a separate document available at https://www.animaladmin.com/client-panel-rules.

If the Controller has made online payment available, payment is processed through Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland. The Controller is the sole recipient of the payment. Stripe processes the data required to carry out the payment transaction as a separate controller. AnimalAdmin does not receive or hold funds.

Providing the above data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it will prevent you from making a Booking.

The retention period for your data depends on the period during which AnimalAdmin provides the Controller with services involving the processing of personal data. The Controller determines the applicable retention period.

Your rights

You have certain rights in connection with the processing of personal data. You should contact the Controller regarding the exercise of those rights. You may also contact AnimalAdmin, which will forward your request to the Controller. Subject to applicable law, you have:

1. the right to obtain information about the personal data concerning you that is processed by the Controller and to receive a copy of that data (the right of access);
2. the right to request rectification if the processed data becomes outdated, incomplete or otherwise inaccurate;
3. the right, in certain circumstances, to ask the Controller to erase your personal data, including where:
   1. the data is no longer required by the Controller for the purposes previously communicated to you;
   2. you have validly withdrawn your consent to processing and the Controller has no other legal basis for processing;
   3. the processing is unlawful;
   4. the data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation binding on the Controller;
4. where the Controller processes personal data on the basis of your consent or for the performance of an agreement with you, the right to transmit your data to another controller;
5. where the Controller processes personal data on the basis of your consent, the right to withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
6. where you consider that the personal data is inaccurate, the processing is unlawful or the Controller no longer needs certain data, the right to require the Controller, for the necessary period (for example, while verifying the accuracy of the data or pursuing claims), not to carry out operations on the data other than storage;
7. the right to object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interests. Following a successful objection, the Controller will cease processing the personal data for that purpose;
8. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of personal data infringes the GDPR.
