Configure services and custom charges

Create a reusable service

Keep the service enabled when staff or clients should be able to add it. A service is offered only for a reservation containing at least one of its selected species.

1. Open Pricing > Add-on services and select Add service.
2. Enter the service name and unit price, then select one or more accepted species.
3. Choose its charge mode and whether to show it in the booking widget, then save.

Choose how the price is multiplied

• One-time: add the unit price once.
• Per billable day: multiply it by the reservation's paid nights or days.
• Per animal: multiply it by the selected animal count.
• Per animal per billable day: multiply it by both animals and paid nights or days.

Control visibility or add a custom charge

Show in booking widget lets clients select an enabled service during online booking. Turn it off for an internal-only catalog service that staff can still add to a reservation.

For a charge that should not become reusable, open the reservation's add-on services and select Add charge. Enter its name, price, and charge mode, then adjust its quantity when needed. The item is saved only with that reservation and is not added to the service catalog.
