Add a pricing rule

Create the rule

1. Open Pricing > Stay pricing and select Add rule.
2. Give the rule a clear name and choose its species target.
3. Choose no condition, animal size, animal count, or animal attributes. Add minimum or maximum stay length when needed.
4. Choose Set price, Flat adjustment, or Percentage, then select per billable day or one-time charging.

Choose when it applies

A rule can apply always, from a date, within a date range, on selected weekdays, on specific dates, or on public holidays for a selected country. Save the rule, then test it on a representative reservation.

Understand order and priority

Matching rules are not generally alternatives: compatible rules can stack. Rules are evaluated from the top of the list, so order matters when a percentage follows another adjustment. For overlapping weekday, specific-date, or holiday rules with the same target, the higher rule wins for that billable day.

Animal-count tiers first prefer the higher matching threshold and an exact match over an at-least match; list priority is only a tie-breaker. Drag rules to reorder them, then save the pending list change.
