Change the stay

1. Open the reservation and select Edit reservation.
2. Change Check-in, Check-out, or the room arrangement.
3. Resolve any overlap, room capacity, allowed-species, or daycare conflict shown by the form.
4. Select Save changes. When the pricing context changed, review the price before the update is applied.

Choose how the price changes

The available choices depend on the reservation and whether their results differ.

• Keep saved total changes the stay without changing what the client owes.
• Use reservation terms recalculates the new stay with the pricing accepted for that reservation. This can be unavailable when the room, animals, or their pricing setup also changed.
• Use current pricing recalculates with the pricing rules and room rates active now.
• Older stays may show Use saved average rate or Use reconstructed terms instead of the standard reservation-terms option.

Move a stay in Calendar

In Timeline, drag an existing reservation to move it and resize it to change its duration. These gestures edit an existing stay; they do not create a new one.

When a change needs confirmation, use Review price in the pending-change bar, choose the pricing option, and then confirm the change. Timeline settings can also require confirmation before drag and resize updates are applied.

After saving

Review the new dates, room allocation, and total in the reservation details. Client update messages are sent only through channels enabled in Settings > Notifications and when the required contact details are available.
