Use the main navigation

• Dashboard summarizes the current day and provides quick actions.
• Reservations, Calendar, and Daycare attendance contain daily service work. Items appear only for enabled modules.
• Animals, Clients, and Rooms hold the core operational records.
• Team, Pricing, Payments, Reports, and Settings contain organization-level administration. Some pages depend on your role or enabled features.

Find a record quickly

1. Choose Search in the sidebar, or press Command+K on macOS or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux.
2. Type at least two characters to search clients, animals, and boarding stays available to your organization.
3. Use the scope selector to narrow the results, then open a result with the keyboard or pointer.

Use page headers and sidebars

The header of each page contains actions for that area, such as adding a record, filtering, exporting, or inviting a team member. The left sidebar can be collapsed when you need more space.

Open the right sidebar to review boarding events for the selected calendar day, today's daycare events, and the available payment queues. Selecting an item opens the related workflow.

Switch context safely

• Use the organization switcher when you belong to more than one organization. The page reloads in the selected organization's panel.
• Use the account menu for your profile, language, and sign-out actions.
• Check the notification control for new online bookings, date-change requests, and payment events.
