1. Service Provider

AnimalAdmin is operated by Dawid Grabowski, operating under the business name Dawid Grabowski GrabIT, NIP: PL7773399315, with registered address at ul. Storczykowa 8/1, 62-052 Komorniki, Poland ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using AnimalAdmin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

AnimalAdmin is a cloud-based software platform for pet hotel and boarding facility management. The service includes reservation management, client and animal records, room management, pricing configuration, team collaboration, and billing tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use AnimalAdmin, you must create an account and at least one organization. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each account is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Organizations and Data

Each organization operates on its own subdomain and is isolated from other organizations. As the organization owner, you are responsible for the data entered by you and your team members.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into AnimalAdmin. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Billing

AnimalAdmin offers a free 7-day trial for new organizations. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

• Pricing — current plans and prices are displayed on our website and during checkout. Prices may vary by region.
• Payment — payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
• Price changes — we may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions remain at the current price until the next renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Organization Deletion

Organization owners may schedule their organization for deletion from the settings page. Upon scheduling:

• The organization immediately enters read-only mode
• The associated Stripe subscription is cancelled
• After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted

During the 30-day grace period, the owner may reactivate the organization. Reactivation does not restore the cancelled subscription — a new subscription must be purchased.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnimalAdmin and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poznan, Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of that country.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
