That's what AnimalAdmin is.
What it does
Reservations run on a visual timeline. Rooms on one side, days across the top. You drag to reschedule, resize to extend a stay. Every client and animal has a profile with past stays, vaccinations, and notes, so when someone calls you have the full picture.
Pricing works through rules: base rate per night, adjustments for animal size or season, applied automatically. Your team shares the same data and schedule, with roles controlling who can do what. There's also a booking widget for your website. Clients submit a request through a form, it lands in your system, ready to confirm.
The system is flexible and adapts to different business models, whether you run a small family kennel or a large facility with multiple room types and seasonal pricing. And if you need help setting things up, we're here. We actively support every hotel during onboarding and beyond.
What's next
We've been building AnimalAdmin since 2019, and we're just getting started. Coming soon: online payments in the booking flow, a shareable hotel page, and further out, support for vets, groomers, and daycares.
